Hypothecation Removal Process in Meghalaya

    Download / collect Form 35

    Available on parivahan.gov.in under Downloadable Forms, or at any RTO reception desk. Three copies — two signed by the financier, one by the owner.

    Apply online (fastest) or at RTO

    Online: parivahan.gov.in → Vehicle Related Services → Select Meghalaya → Hypothecation Termination. Offline: visit your registering RTO.

    Upload / submit documents

    Form 35, original NOC from bank, RC, valid insurance, PUC, Aadhaar/PAN, address proof, and (if applicable) affidavit for lost documents.

    Pay the fee

    Approx ₹100 (HPA termination) + ₹200 (smart-card RC). Card, net-banking, or UPI accepted.
